How’s the traffic to your website? There are five types of website traffic Organic, Paid, Social, Referral, and Direct. SEO addresses Organic Traffic, and that’s what I’ll be discussing today.
In October of 2019, we were approached by a Local Real Estate Company that was struggling with their traffic. They wanted to improve their local presence by increasing organic rankings and traffic to their website and increase clientele. At the time they signed on for our Local SEO services, they had just two keywords ranking on the first page of major search engines.
We identified how potential customers were searching through extensive keyword research and designed & implemented a local SEO campaign that included On-page and off-page optimization around their targeted keyword terms.
Google My Business > We achieved a 76.76% growth in indirect Queries in January 2020 and a 92.76% growth in Map Views in January 2020.
Google Analytics > We achieved a 49.24% growth in Organic Sessions in January 2020 and a 44.02% growth in Total Sessions in January 2020.
- October 2019 – At the start of the campaign, the website was ranking for two keywords on Page 1.
- December 2019 – 60 days later, the website went from ranking for two keywords on Page 1 of results to ranking for seven keywords on the first page.
- February 2020 – The momentum of the campaign is in full throttle as they now rank on the first page of search engines for fourteen keywords
