It seems to me that every week I’m posting another article listing “?? Marketing Ideas,” and that is what I’m doing but what I hope you’re doing is absorbing them. From week to week, some of the ideas are the same, but if you look at each article and start compiling a list of new ideas you’ve not yet seen before, over time, you’re going to have an amazing list.
It doesn’t take implementing 35 ideas to succeed in real estate sales. There are probably 4 or 5 that will work for you and your style and personality; all you have to do is identify them. I guess that they will not be the same ideas for you as they are for your peers.
With all that said, this week’s article “35 Easy & Effective Real Estate Marketing Ideas” is particularly well done, and Megan’s ideas are above and beyond the run of the mill. I’m a big fan of her #6 idea to Make Use of Local Images… I’ve seen this work well in all markets. I would also recommend you pay attention to idea #10, Local Sponsorship… not only does this get you more visibility, but it also has the possibility of getting you valuable links from the organization’s website back to yours.
